Accesso in lettura/scrittura low-level al database SQLite di PlainApp. Destinato al debug — un uso improprio può corrompere lo stato dell'app.

Legge righe da una tabella con paginazione. Ogni riga è restituita come oggetto JSON che mappa nomi colonna a valori.
