Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PlainCast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
App Purchase & License
PlainCast is a paid app distributed through Google Play. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your vehicle. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the app.
Use of Service
Use PlainCast only where permitted by law and in a way that does not distract you from driving. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and legally. Observe local rules and the terms of your Tesla's software.
Disclaimer
PlainCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with every vehicle, device, or software version.
Limitation of Liability
PlainCast and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including data loss, accidents, or any loss caused by use of the app while driving.
